You need Acronis True Image Advanced ot Premium subscription to be able to back up to Acronis Cloud.

I would recommend reading through the first few sections of the Acronis True Image 2019 User Guide which will give you a good introduction to how to use the application.If you want to back up a single disk, for example, disk C:, see this article. When doing a recovery, there will always be an option to not recover any of the items shown but if you do not back them up, then they cannot be offered!

The Recovery partition is required if you want to be able to use any of the Windows recovery tools such as 'Start up repair' etc. Your backup must include the EFI System partition as the PC will never boot into Windows without this being present and valid. Neither malware, ransomware etc has any respect for separate partitions and if this gets a foot hold on your PC then all data is at risk.
