Again i have gone through my mod list and turned off every mod I suspected and can't find the culprit. I can't figure out what that means or how to fix, the next problem I am having, I have found before downloading old world blues.
I think its worth mentioning that when I start the game anyways with NVSE through FOMM it loads the main screen but I have no mouse, and thus cannot click or interact with the menu or anything. The FNVEDIT has this to say after trying to load old world blues.esm as the the fourth mod in my load order.
